NB&C’s real estate professionals thrive in program management roles for our clients that focus on overall project efficiency, tracking and deadline-specific organization. NBC’s site acquisition staff maintains professional relationships with local, telecom-friendly landlords to provide our clients with the speed-to-market they desire. NBC’s zoning management staff includes 7 JDs and 4 planners. NBC permitting team is made up of four full-time permit expeditors to handle all of our clients’ needs. This allows our other disciplines to do what they do best. NBC’s construction management staff utilizes its relationships with local contractors, utilities and Code Enforcement Officers to efficiently manage our clients’ projects from ring-release to on-air. NB&C’s IP Services Department is comprised of attorneys and graphic design artists who work on specialized projects such as research, professional writing and visual impact analysis. NB&C has significant company-wide experience with large-scale site modification projects and system overlay work.
