Andrew Reynolds Promoted to Chief Engineer
NB+C is pleased to announce that that Andrew Reynolds, PE has been promoted to Chief Engineer as a part of NB+C’s Design Team.
As Chief Engineer, Andrew will have both production and quality control responsibilities throughout the entire company. With a focus on NB+C’s national engineering accounts, Andrew will oversee, train, and mentor multiple groups within the Design Team as they deliver high-quality civil and structural engineering deliverables. In addition to his leadership role, Andrew will work closely with his respective Chief Engineers to ensure that NB+C’s data collection, drawing templates, structural reports, and design standards closely align with highest of engineering quality. Finally, Andrew will also work closely with some of NB+C’s key clients as well as NB+C internal leadership to craft progressive and innovative strategies to ensure that NB+C continues to hone its position as a premier player in the engineering profession.
Andrew began his tenure with NB+C in 2016 as a Structural Engineer based out of the Raleigh office. Over the past eight years, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility from Engineer II to Senior Structural Engineering Lead. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Andrew has developed a unique subject matter expertise in free-standing tower infrastructure with an emphasis on the structural integrity of steel. He currently serves as a representative for NB+C on the Engineering Committee TR-14, which is responsible for the ANSI/TIA-222 Structural Standard for Antenna Supporting Structures and Antennas and Small Wind Turbine Support Structures.
