Inside NB+C’s 2026 Pro Dev Series
This spring, NB+C brought teams together across five markets for our Professional Development (Pro Dev) Series, a month-long initiative centered on learning, collaboration, and connection. From Raleigh to Boston, employees came together to share insights, strengthen relationships, and align around the future of our work.
Each event began with Pro Dev+, an engineering-focused session hosted in every market and designed specifically for our Design Team. These sessions delivered a structured, hands-on learning experience across core technical areas: from fiber engineering process flow and advanced Revit modeling for telecom and edge data centers, to critical updates to IBC 2024 and TIA-222 Rev-I. Sessions also explored how AI is being leveraged to optimize wireless and fiber engineering, reinforcing NB+C’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry innovation.
In the afternoon, the broader Pro Dev sessions brought teams together for a high-level look at the business and our path forward. Programming included leadership-led updates on the state of the company, deep dives into performance insights, and discussions around employee engagement results. Interactive table discussions created space for open dialogue, while an executive open forum gave employees the opportunity to engage directly with leadership and hear commitments for the year ahead.
A highlight across every market was the celebration of employee milestones. This year, we recognized over 80 team members reaching 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years with NB+C; an impressive reflection of the talent, dedication, and culture that drive our success. Whether during anniversary lunches or closing recognitions, these moments underscored the importance of celebrating the people behind the work.
As the 2026 Pro Dev Series comes to a close, one thing is clear: our greatest strength is our people. By investing in continuous learning, fostering open dialogue, and recognizing the achievements of our teams, we’re not only delivering stronger projects, we’re building a more connected, resilient organization.
We’re already looking ahead to what’s next, building on this year’s momentum, expanding opportunities for collaboration, and continuing to invest in the growth of our people across every market.
