NB+C Engineering Services Divison Restructures Operations
Baltimore, MD – As NB+C’s Engineering Services Division enters into its 8th full year of operations, its remarkable growth in both revenue and employee count necessitates a restructuring of the organization.
As a result, the division is creating two new Chief Engineer positions. Effective January 1st, 2019, John Rupp, PE will be promoted to Chief Engineer of Fiber Services and Krup Kolandaivelu, PE will be promoted to Chief Engineer of Structural Services. These well-deserved promotions are the result of the exceptional hard work and tremendous success of these two valuable members of the engineering team. After having done an excellent job as the division’s sole Chief Engineer for the past seven years, Phil Burtner, PE will fill the third position of Chief Engineer of Wireless Services.
All three will report directly to Gregory Tully who will remain the Managing Director of Engineering Services at NB+C.
This restructuring also recognizes the enormous market potential of the fiber and structural service lines, both of which have been huge growth engines for the division, and the company, over the past three years. “Both John and Krup have shown the type of entrepreneurial focus and creativity that defines great leadership at NB+C by transforming their respective engineering service lines into fully functioning business units. We look forward to what is ahead with John and Krup at the lead,” commented Greg Tully, Managing Director of the division.
After five years of service to the company from John and eight years of service to the company from Krup, both have earned the next step in their career trajectories, and NB+C wishes them success in their new roles!
